About EnableTech Home
I created EnableTech Home to serve the disabled and aging in place community. My name is Cory Cooper, and I look forward to helping you find more independence, safety, and well-being in your home. I have worked throughout the complex rehabilitation and assistive technology field since 2001 in multiple capacities.
Around 2009, I became increasingly involved in working with technology in ways that were enabling people to live more independently, and age more gracefully at home. In 2019, I created and began teaching a course here in the US and internationally on how technology was creating new avenues of accessibility for people in their homes. EnableTech Home was born from this idea.
I am a-RESNA dual certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS). I am also a Certified Environmental Access Consultant (CEAC) through VGM Live at Home. In addition, I am certified through the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). I am licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Washington as a general contractor. I look forward to enabling your best life in your home!
